Terms of Service

1. The service

Salvation Testimonies is a free online community operated by John Grech in Australia, where members share Christian testimonies by video or in writing.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• Provide accurate details and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for everything posted from your account.
• One person, one account. Impersonating anyone else is not allowed.

3. Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of the testimonies, videos, images and comments you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute that content on this site, and to show it in the audience you selected (public or friends-only). This licence ends when you delete the content, apart from copies already shared by others or held briefly in backups.

4. What you may not post

• Anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful or threatening.
• Sexual content, graphic violence, or content exploiting minors.
• Content you do not have the right to share, including copyrighted video or music.
• Spam, scams, fundraising appeals, multi-level marketing or unsolicited promotion.
• Doctrinal attacks aimed at tearing down individuals rather than encouraging them.
• Other people's private information shared without their consent.

5. Moderation

Members can report content. We may hide or remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or our Community Guidelines. Where practical we will explain why.

6. Rating system

The Wow God fire rating and Featured Top 20 are for encouragement, not competition. Attempts to manipulate rankings — fake accounts, vote trading, coordinated rating — may result in removal from rankings or account termination.

7. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and to protect your content, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copy of any video that matters to you.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
